Notes
GGR is Tier 1 plus Tier 2 Handle less Tier 1 plus Tier 2 Payout from the accrual Completed Events Detail report, summed over online wagering by licensee; no single gross revenue line is printed, before promotional credits. Adjusted revenue is the accrual Tax Summary Report's "State AGR", the taxable adjusted gross receipts. Tax paid is state tax, Cook County tax and sports wager tax, excluding forfeited expired tickets. Cook County AGR is the same wagers taxed again under the county tax, so it is not counted twice. State AGR is gross receipts less winnings with no deduction for promotional credits, so it usually equals gross revenue. It differs when a licensee's losing month is reported as zero AGR and the loss is deducted the next month, and from July 2025 it also includes per-wager fees operators charge bettors, which the Illinois Gaming Board requires to be reported as other gross sports wagering receipts (https://igb.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/igb/documents/press-releases/additional-news/20250710-addendum-faqs-on-new-sports-wager-tax.pdf).
